Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Shipping varies from location to location with a delivery time between 7-20 days. However, in most cases orders arrive within 14 days of purchase (processing time included).

Q: Do the projectors work with mobile phones?

A: The answer is yes. You can connect any mobile smartphone with our projector. Although you will need a HDMI cable & adapter, in order to connect it:

Q: Do your projectors heat up quickly?

A: Definitely not! The projector has a built-in advanced cooling system, that reduces heat and has an advanced hydraulic axial fan. This will allow you to use the projector for hours, before it starts to get a little heated. Enjoy a full day of movies without any worries!

Q: Is the projector equipped with speakers?

A: The projector has its own built in audio system that produces up to 24 decibels. But you can also connect your own speaker through one of the ports.

 

Q: Can I use headphones when using this projector?

A: Of course! The projector has a headphone output jack on the right hand side, it supports all types of headphones.

Q: Is shipping actually Free?

A: Yes, we have a shipping method for every single country shipping free of charge. This applies to all orders over $50 :)

Q: Will I be able to track my order?

A: Yes, after processing time has passed, you will receive an email containing a tracking number for you to track your package with.

 

Q: Can I return my item if I don't like it?

A: Returning an item will be hard as we ship from different warehouses all across the globe. We want you to know that we care about each and every single one of our customers and if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you can contact us via the contact form on our site, email us, or you can simply message us on instagram and we'll be happy to sort things out!

Q: Is there any money back guarantee?

A: Not verbatim, but for you we'll make an exception, of course! We want all our customers to be satisfied with their purchase and if refunding the full amount is what it takes, then we won't think twice.

Q: Where will my order be shipped from?

A: We work with warehouses from all over the world. These include warehouses in countries like the United States and the United Kingdom. Your order will be sent from our closest available warehouse to your location.

Q: What is the resolution of the projector?

A: The native resolution for our Mini Projectors are (480x320), but supports a resolution up to (1920x1080). The Pro and the Ultra are both (1280x720) native and support up to 4K.

 

Q: I need to change something about my order, how can I do this?

A: We ship out items as soon as possible after receiving orders. So if you need to have something changed regarding your order please get in touch with us as soon as possible:

3. Please include your order number

4. Include the desired changes

Q: Is there any processing time?

A: Yes. Once you have successfully confirmed your order, it has to be processed for about 2 business days. As soon as your order is shipping out (after the processing time) you will receive an email with tracking information.

 

Q: Will I be charged taxes upon receiving my package?

A: Nope! Taxes are charged beforehand, if they apply.

Q: Do you ship to my country?

A: The answer is... probably! We ship to (almost) every country. If we aren't able to ship your order to your location for any reason, we will refund the entire paid amount.

Q: What are the available payment methods?

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and other Debit & Credit cards. Shop instant checkout is now available as well!
